The olive oil and producer’s list

Umbrian artisanal extra virgin olive oils

A good and artisanal olive oil is not just a condiment, but an essential component of the dish, capable of enhancing the quality and flavor of the ingredients. That's why the pairing of food and oil is not a trivial matter, but a true sensory and taste experience. We adhere also to the, AIRO association and Umbria PDO Olive Oil Route along with the talents of the olive cultivation in our region.
